Hi there,

True to the email, I submitted my Callya eSIM application yesterday and completed the authentication. Although the email told me that I would receive the eSIM via email within a few minutes of completing the authentication, I waited more than 24 hours to see if there was similar feedback on the community. Thanks.

If you can't receive eSIM, it means that you can't see Vodafone's mobile phone number or customer number. At this time, it will be blocked from WhatsApp. Except for the robot to talk, you can't contact the real agent at all. But thank you for your reply no matter what.

If you're already talking with our digital assistant TOBi, there is no blocking. 

 

Pls answer the questions from TOBi and he will forward your msg to us.
