cannot set customer passworg for callya registration

i bought callya prepaid online and for my registration I am not able to set my password.

its not accepting any of the letters, i tried one capital letter along with small letter and numbers but nothing is working for me.

Bei der Eingabe werden aber immer nur Großbuchstaben verlangt. Probiere es bitte erneut.
