I have a callya number which has not been used for a while. Its online status said, it was suspended, to my limited german. Then I called the service number 01722290229 which has an English service, the guy on the phone said everything is fine and I have 18+ Euro left on this account. Then I dig out the sim card and put it in a phone, it said "no service".
What shall I do? Is there a email service?

it's true that the card get's suspended when it's not in use for a while.
Well there are 2 different scenario we need to check. Therefore pls get in contact with us again.

I tried but whatsapp said 01722290229 is not on whatsapp. On facebook it is a bot, I cost 10 minutes and its answer is totally irrelevant.
Do you have a email service? Or is there a way to get all the telephone communication backups to me, so I can rely on the it.

I'm really sorry that the info was wrong with whatsapp.
It's correct, that on facebook the first contact is out bit TOBi. He will take all the information you give und tries to help. But if he fails he will forward your msg to us.
