I had overdue payment in April which was paid in May. Payment is not showing on my account and now my Internet has been throttled. I made payment again to be sure but as it's coming to weekend I'm afraid we will have no service until Tuesday. Not bad any luck calling the hotline due to language barrier. I can send proof payment.
I tried through another portal but it kept failing. Please help.

When was the Payment?
Did you check if the numbers (IBAN, Cst No, Contract No, Billing No, etc.) are correct?

I made payment on the 15 May. Checked account details and all correct i.e. Invoice # Iban that is used. They only throttled the internet the night of the 4th June.
