Setup monthly prepaid invoice

For that service you have to contact the customer service directly. 

I recommend to use one of the both social media contacts (Facebook/Twitter).  Contact ways

And there is no invoice as such for prepaid cards.

You can only get a list of charges - which does not denote base fees or usage costs but just the amount that you have topped up that month on your prepaid card.
