Hi all, I have applied for a vodafone call ya prepaid sim and received email that sim card is activated and send to me via post on 9th Jan along with my mobile number details. Its been more than 5 days and I have still not received the sim card via post. How can I track the delivery post and get my sim card delivery status? Ive been trying to contact vodafone customer care but they asked me to create an account with myVodafone app for them to check more details on my account. I did create an account but cannot add my new vodafone number yet as I dont have the sim card delivered to me and hence dont have the OTP received. How much time will it take for sim card to be sent vis post? can i rather collect a sim card from a nearby vodafone shop?
