I recently signed up for the CallYa Digital Prepaid Karte online. Unfortunately, I used a shortened version of my first name and it does not match my full first name on my passport. The OnlineID team could not process the ID request with this mismatch.
I cannot find a way to change the order data I submitted. What next steps should I take? I do not want to sign up for a second time and be charged twice. Any help would be great since I still would like to get the CallYa Digital plan.
