Hi all,
I have a very old sim card for CallYa (since 2015) and I haven't updated my details since. Unfortunately, this sim is not associated with my Vodafone account. Also the original address I no longer live there so it needs to be updated. Is there a way to update my address and associate this sim card to my account? I never had a Vodafone account for that sim and I don't think there ever was a Kennwort for the sim.
Many thanks

Hi @therehello,
No, you need the customer password. But no worry, you can create a new one InfoDok 265.
Fill out the form, save it and send the form together with a copy of your ID card to kontakt@vodafone.com (subject line: Mein neues Kundenkennwort).
You should get a SMS or email when the customer password was changed.
Then you can integrate your number as a contract at MeinVodafone website.
You should be able to check your personal data (name, address etc.)
If still something wrong (e.g. address data) you can use the WhatsApp Chat.
(between 7:30 - 22 daily)
You'll start with TOBi, the AI, but don't worry. After some common questions you answer, ask persistent to forward to a VF staff. You will ask twice or three time maybe till TOBi forward you to a staff. 👍
Please note that's not a live chat. Maybe a staff will answer after several hours depending the order status.

Hi @therehello,
For every SIM card there is a customer password.
If you bought your SIM card (package) in a VF shop then the staff create the customer password. 😃
Is the SIM card registered at your name?

Hi @Mav1976,
Thanks for your response. Yes the card is registered to me. I know the puk and pin but I have misplaced/thrown out all documentation associated with the sim. I'm wanting to port the number but of course all my details are long outdated. Is there any chance to update them without the Kennwort because I don't remember it. Or do I just have to accept I need a new number?
Many thanks
