New Address and New Prepaid simcard identification issue

Hello,

I am a Vodafone prepaid tarif customer. I have changed my address before 2 days from my Vodafone profile.

I want to buy a new simcard for my kid and activate it without identification process because i am a already customer of Vodafone.

When ever i try to proceed i am getting notification like "We couldn't recognize you as an existing customer"

If I use my old address, it recognizes me without any problems.

What can i do for this? It looks the data is not up-to-date in system.
