I recently bought a CallYa prepaid SIM card in a store in Germany (activated with identification, etc.).
How can I add this SIM card to my online account to ensure I still have credit? I wasn't provided with a customer password when I purchased it, and now I'm locked out for 24 hours, preventing me from adding the contract.
I would be very grateful for your help.

Thank you for your message. Normally, a customer password should be assigned when you place your order. If you don't have a customer password yet, you can request a change here.
