The simcard not working

I bought the callya prepaid simcard, registration did and went to the post office for identification but still not working 36 hours later.

The registration procedure and identification in the post office was successful?

Can you see the message status of your SIM card activation?

I never received an email or notification after identification but the guy at the post office said he did his part and I am good to go. During registration is when I was asked to go to post office, I'm not sure if there's something else that I should do.
