Greetings everyone,
I'm facing a problem where I've lost my phone, along with my SIM card. I had two cellular plans, and the one with the contract was an eSIM (Vodafone GigaMobil Tariff). I reported the loss on the 14th and got a new SIM card on the 16th.
However, for the CallYa plan, I reported the loss on the 13th, and I still haven't received a replacement. Unfortunately, I used my CallYa number for various accounts such as social media and banking apps, and I can't log in to any of them due to 2FA. I need to get the replacement urgently.
I'm not sure if my replacement SIM card is on its way, or if it's even being processed. Is there a way to check the status of my replacement SIM card? Additionally, is it possible to get it as an eSIM for faster delivery?
I would really appreciate any assistance you can provide.
