I bought a callya classic which was activated yesterday.
I tried to add my Callya card to the meinvodafone account. (with the phone number and the password I cchose while registering the card). Now it says I entered incorrect info and the service is blocked for 24 hrs.
I want to change the tariff from classic to black.

Yeah same thing I know I got the correct password because they allowed only capital letters and numbers.

@sameer1: No, not yet. I'm still waiting for the 24h to time out. It's like 30 min left. Then I'll try my password one more time. If it doesn't work I'll hope someone from Vodafone is gonna reply to our posts here. I'll let you know in half an hour or so. 😉

Same problem. Since no one from Vodafone has replied here or in my post yet, I'll think I'll try calling them.

@MacFonI did call them. Instead of the customer password we ended up talking about my main problem which was the tariff change and internet connection. Both were solved.
I guess calling them would be the best option for you as well.
