Hi Folks,
Asking here since I don't speak German well enough to handle this on the phone yet.
I ordered a CallYa sim, ported my number, verified identity, etc. Since the end of January the status has been...
"Deine SIM-Karte wurde erfolgreich aktiviert und an Dich versendet".
...however, I have never since received it.
I'm quite anxious to receive the card since I have released my phone number and would like to have access to it again as soon as possible.
Please can someone help to verify the status of this order and what has gone wrong with delivery?
