Hi All,
I am facing huge issue for not getting clarity from vodafone customer care, its really pathetic calling customer care so many times and issue not getting resolved
Initially i tried to order iphone 13 mini with ReD S SIM contract but for which i got confirmation via email that i will be reciveing two iphones one by 27.12 and second one by 21.1.22, still not sure why two
During this time my old sim contract is immedietly changed to RedS --so fast.....
Today 22.12 morning i called customer care and asked to cancel my iPhone contract and revert back to me with old SIM contract for which i did not get any confirmation yet , cutstomer care does not want to entertain this
Please help how can i approach here

Hi Praveen D,
so that I understand you correctly:
You already have an existing contract and you have also signed a new contract with us for the iPhone 13 mini?
And now you don't want to use this new contract, but rather your existing contract?
And you have already contacted us about this?
Then you don't need to do anything more. The implementation of your wish can simply take a little time.
If you do get a smartphone with your new contract, you can simply refuse to accept it or send it back to us unused. We will then cancel everything.
