changing from prepaid to postpaid

I have confirmed the change from prepaid tarif to two-year one a couple of weeks ago.

I still have no information in my profile about it. Moreover, my app runs into an error when I try to login.

Yesterday the internet on my phone stopped working. Today I got the sms ghat the tarif is closed.

 

I need the internet on my telephone and information what's going on with my profile!

The change from CallYa into a term mobile phone contract back is possible about that process only. 

I recommend the service phone number.

Otherwise you should ask a VF staff preferable about the WhatsApp/SMS chat. Use the CallYa WhatsApp chat. Callya WhatsApp/SMS Chat

(between 7:30 - 22 daily).

 

You'll start with TOBi, the AI, but don't worry. After some common questions you answer, ask persistent to forward to a VF staff. You will ask twice or three time maybe till TOBi forward you to a staff. 👍
