I have postpaid connection, but need more data for a few days. Is there a way to load 100gb data, similar to how we buy in prepaid?

Yes, you can buy additional data packages using the https://center.vodafone.de webpage (from your mobile) -or- the Vodafone app.

But as far as I know, there is no 100 GB package...
