2 days back I activated my 24-month sim tariff contract Young M 25 Gb via customer care call and online purchase. Now that I am able to see my tariff got activated via my Vodafone app, today I received some documents via Deutsche post saying that I need to sign and send the documents back via the envelope Vodafone provided.

The documents provided inside were titled:
Declaration of membership smartphone and tablet insurance
your devices
SEPA basis direct debit mandate

However I was asked to return the following titled documents:
Order for Vodafone services and mobile phones
SEPA basis direct debit mandate

Where is the "Order for Vodafone services and mobile phones" document?or do I have to just sign all the 3 doc papers Vodafone provided and send it back? the deadline is 11 May 2022 something. Kindly help me what document should I sign or not..

PFA the docs attached below

The thing is I received one more sim with the letter post as well. So what do I need to do with that sim? Will I be charged twice/double times since I am already running a number which was already transformed from prepaid to postpaid

Well , if i understand you right:
You have ordered a new contract in addition to the existing number (which has been swapped vom prepaid to postpaid)?

In this case its reasonable that we send you the simcard for your new contract.

Cheers,
Andre

Yeah I mean my main doubt was whether I will be charged twice or not? Like do I have to pay two times for the same service? Or is there any method process to send the extra un used sim card back to vodafone? Because I am holding two sim card at the moment and I am worried whether I will be charged twice or not in my situation.

I repeat my use case again.

I purchase one 3gb prepaid sim 1st and then got it converted to 2 year contract young m 25 gb plan.

But I received another sim from vodafone with a new mobile number on it. That sim I never use,  so will I be charged for keeping both the sims? Or do I have to send the extra unused sim back to vodafone gmbh?

If possible kindly provide me an english customer care support to get my doubt clarified. I don't want to pay double fees for a service a I didn't use.

Let me know if you need any other details from my end.

Danke schön

Hi Saharsha_Dass,

If you don't want the new number with the new contract, you can simply cancel it.

Since the return portal is in German, you can also send us a PN with the number you don't want. In the PN , please also send the phone number you want to keep and the customer password.

Best regards

Heike
