Hello Vodafone Community,
we have not received any invoices for a mobile tariff since the beginning of the year but we would need them. Is there any way to get them if we have only a mobile phone number and no other information? Unforutnately cannot find the agreement with the customer information right now. Can anyone help us?

You will need to add the contract to your self-service portal login - then you can access the invoices.
Anyhow, you may need to authenticate using the customer password (which is NOT your login password but the one that you initially set). In case you cannot remember that customer password, you may first need to (re-)set it using the InfoDok 265.
The customer number can be found on each wire transfer - that is one of the two numbers, the one that doesn't change...
