Hi Sufan,
Is the contract you want to transfer the GB to a Red + contract? Then proceed as follows:
You can do this in your data cockpit. You can find it directly on the start page of your MyVodafone app.
You don't see the Red+ data cockpit? Then download the latest version of the MyVodafone app for free from Google Play or the App Store.
And this is how it works:
Select the Red+ additional card item on the top menu bar.
You will now see an overview of all the members of your Red+ group. At the top you will see your main card. Below you will see up to 4 Red+ additional cards, such as Red+ Partner Card, Red+ Kids, Red+ Data and Vodafone OneNumber.
Now set the data volume. To do this, slide the slider below the subscriber to the left or right. Above the slider you can see how many GB you have assigned to the subscriber. When you have set the desired size, release the slider. Then tap Save setting. Confirm the following message with OK.
Or is isn´t it a Red + contract you want to transfer to?
In this case a data transfer is unfortunately not possible.
Kind regards
Heike
