Hello,
yesterday I ordered an iphone with a contract.
Today I called vodafone because I had a question and the operator said that the contract had many mistakes, for example I activated a new customer contract while I'm vodafone kabel contract.
So he made me another contract. Now I have 2 contracts and I want to cancel the previous one.
He said to write here widerruf@vodafone.com and I did it.
Now I got an email and I don't know how to cancell it...also I called vodafone again and they gave me this number to call 08001721212 but it gives me the usual robotic menu and not the service I need.
Can you please help me to or I would get 2 contrats. Thanks
