I have two Vodafone connections
- Vodafone Mobile postpaid (number XXX)
- Internet connection (DSL customer number XXX)
Since I need to repatriate, (ie leave Germany), I need to disconnect the connections and settle my account (I need to continue my connections up to 30th April).
Just to let you know, I visited my nearby Vodafone store and submitted my applications along with the de-registration certificate.
It would be great if you please respond to this email and let me know the amount to settle the accounts and how the router from my current address will be uninstalled on April 30th by 9 AM.
