I am trying to hand to extend my AlwaysOn duration 2 more weeks. Long story short, I am trying to have a Vodafone contract but both Telekom/Vodafone's incompetency make this period longer. I am at the end of my first AlwaysOn period of 2 weeks 500 GB. The lady on the phone told me I could extend my AlwaysOn if problem still continues. I checked the website, tried to add my AlwaysOn simcard per instructions. But despite me entering customer number and that dreaded security captcha correct, the website says Something is Wrong.... No proper error message.
How do I add this AlwaysOn sim-card with the website bug? Do I need to contact Vodafone by telephone? I am not speaking German so it will be suboptimal for me.

I already contacted Vodafone about extension. Customer service is not even aware of what AlwaysOn is. They tell me to buy CallYa packet which are not related to my problem. Such an experience… I can’t add my AlwaysOn as everyone can see in the first post. What to do next?
