Hello community,
I'm trying to "opt in" my number to be ported as I am moving service over to Telekom and want to keep my number, however this process seems a bit complicated and it has been hard for me to find the right form, as unfortunately, it seems my German skills are not quite yet at the level needed to sift through the site for what I'm looking for 😞
Can a support rep help here or can someone direct me to the correct formula and how to submit it properly?

All information you need to port your number from VF to T-Mobile are described at the help center.
Unfortunate this website is in German. 😒
But I'm trying to guide you.
If you choose the first one, you can send a SMS with Opt-in to 01721217212
You should get a confirmation that the Opt-in was set. Afterwards you have 30 days to port your number to T-Mobile.
Note that you will get a new mobile phone number until the ending of your Vodafone contract.
If you choose the second one you have to cancel your contract first and could order your new contract (incl. Porting your number) at T-Mobile.
It needs around 8 days to port a mobile phone number from one to another provider.
