Poor Network Signal and Call drop

I recently moved to 82178 Puchheim, Germany area outskirts of Munich side. And since I moved here Vodafone network in house is very poor. If I get call also it gets dropped inbetween. 

Most of the time I receive the SMS  like someone tried to call me and was not successful.

Can you please help me to solve this issue or suggestion except last option to go for number portability to other network. Thank you!

May be but I want to use Vodafone network as still I do not have Wifi enabled in house. And do not know when it will be enabled.
