Order not processed and wrong name on delivery address

I placed an order for a contract and phone yesterday, the order status is still saying we will process this shortly, how long does this take to process I need a phone asap.
Also the name on my delivery address is wrong, you have put my last name twice not my first and last name, will this cause problems for the ID check upon
delivery? Thank You
