I just tried to call Vodafone and speak German with the operator, but she hung up on me because apparently my German wasn't good enough, so now I am just going to do this in English.
I placed an order for a new simcard. When I placed the order it was for 29.99 per month. When I received my order confirmation it was 39.99. I already have Vodafone cable and my husband has a Vodafone mobile phone contract. I have been with Vodafone as well for the past two years on a contract.
If the original order of 29.99 per month cannot be honoured, then I would like to cancel the whole order.

Bernd is not writing back to me, could someone else please help me with this! I will need to cancel my contract soon if it is not sorted out.

You have to be patient, the mods are not here 24/7, because here is primarily a customer-help-customer forum. It can take a few days for you to get an answer.

@Torsten Thanks for your message, but Bernd read my two PMs on Wednesday and Thursday last week and did not reply. Time is ticking if I need to cancel my contract within the acceptable period.
