I have a mobile phone where the eSIM entry was removed but i don't have an eSIM QR Code to reactivate on the phone.
Going to the shop is useless since somehow after resetting my customer password via MeinVodafone, it STILL doesn't work.
It shouldn't be this hard to activate or reactivate services, especially since i head over to your vodafone shops.
Can you kindly advise me what i can do?
The shops are *not* part of the Vodafone support system as most of them are operated by independent 3rd parties that make their money with selling contracts. For support in English use the Twitter/X or Facebook contacts listed in the link below:
