On 29.09.2021, I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB Silver through Vodafone without a contract. The main reason I preferred Vodafone to order my device was the shipment date of 01.10.2021 so that I could get my device as soon as possible. It is said in the confirmation e-mail that if there is a delay, I would get notified again. This morning, however, when I checked the order status page, I saw that the delivery date has changed to KW42 and I have not received any notification about it! I do not have time to wait until KW42 to get my phone, as I already made an appointment with a customer to sell my old phone, therefore I would like to get my phone on the initially promised date. Interestingly, when I check the Vodafone website to get the same phone again, the shipment date is again displayed as 01.10.2021 (see the screenshot)! I would like this problem to be fixed and also know about the cancellation options - if the shipment could not be made in the promised timeframe.

We´ll get deliverys of Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max 512GB silver in the next weeks.
It´s not possible to bring forward your order.
We could change your order to another colour so you´ll get your new iPhone in a few days.
What do you think about this solution?

Thank you for your quick answer. In this case, I would like to, unfortunately, cancel the order. But I do not see any button on the order details page. How can I do that?

For that I need your first and last name, your address, your date of birth and the "Auftragsnummer" or "SAP-Nummer".
And, FS06, are you sure you will get this smartphone earlier anywhere?
As I know the devices are sold out everywhere?
