Hi there,
I've just moved back to Australia from Germany. On 30 June I sent a letter by post to Vodafone to request cancellation of my Vodafone Handy contract by 30th June. I wanted to give myself time to transition to a new number.
I left Germany on 1st May and went to Ireland where my phone was working fine on roaming. I then flew to Australia on 7th May and my phone stopped working at this point. I haven't been able to pick up a roaming signal and can't access any of my previous bills or info through my MeinVodafone account.
I'm trying to find out the reason. Either vodafone no longer works in Australia or my phone has been immediately cancelled. Can anyone help?
