Hello everyone,
Recently I wanted to order the new iphone 15pro with an esim. It would be a completley new telephone contract as I moved in Germany only a couple of months ago. I already have internet provided by Vodafone so I wanted to order the new phone under my already existing myVodafone page. The webpage said it currently does not work, either try it later or move forward without signing in (although I was already signed in). Allright, then I waited a day, still didn’t work, then one more day, still saying, either try later or move forward without logging in. I decided to move forward as waiting had not really turned out to be a solution. So I filled each and every blank space with the necessary information. Now, the only remaining thing should be a press on finalizing the order button. I pressed it but nothing happened, pressed it again still nothing. Then I repeated the full ordering process in a notebook considering that maybe the webpage is not properly optimazed for mobile devices. But I had bumbed into the same phenomena, I press the button amd nothing happens. No response, the webpage stays as it is, no emails, no error messages. Does anyone have the same issue and if so how to proceed?
an option could be obviously to go in a Vodafone store and order the device there but as I am still not good in the german language I would rather do it online.
