Invoice and Customer password

I am not able to see my invoice for my mobile phone contract and hence I am not able to access any invoice.

I changed my customer password still it is saying invalid.

Did you already registrate before trying to login? 

Did you tried out a different browser or are you logging in via app?

I have regisered and even went to vodafone store to change customer password. I already filled up form and its submitted long back. I tried with the password but it does not work

I have spoken with customer care but nothing helps. I would like to get my invoice from last 4 months of 2 numbers i have. It would be nice if you can send me the invoices. Its really frustrating when not able to access invoice and kept password which were never given by vodafone.
