I can't add my mobile contract to MeinVodafone

Hi,

I can't speak German so I wasn't able to reach out to the customer service.

I have my vodafone account with my cable contract and now I'm trying to add my mobile contract to track the mobile network usage in MeinVodafone. 
I was asked to enter customer password, which looks like I set in the process of signing up a contract, but unfortunately I do not remember and I've been locked for 24 hours for security reason.

Could you help me to add my mobile contract to my existing account?

I wonder how difficult it is to change a password with just a phone number in the digital age without mailing anything. 

 

Create/change a new password...
1- To receive a PIN, enter your phone number.
2- Enter the PIN in the designated textbox and hit "continue."
3- You will receive a link to change your password via email.
