Hallo
I have bought an iphone from vodafone snd after one year it was defected it was on 2 years warranty so i gave to the vodafone customer care for repairing service and somehow unfortunately they lost it. Now its been 4 months I am after them calling the service, going to the customer care center and they aren't doing anything. I am so frustrated right now i can't even tell. I bought that phone on contract because I couldn't afford the money to pay at once and now they have lost it... They are not replying and not doing anything. I need your help please someone can tell me what should I do??

Where did you hand it over? Was it a store or did you send it in to the repair shop using a registered, insured and trackable parcel?
And did you get any kind of notification or proof that you handed over the phone?

As far as I know there are only a few Flagstores, that offer any repair service on the spot. If you gave your phone to some random dude in some random store...Bad.
Usually you call, the phone gets picked up by UPS(?) at your place und it gets returned 2-3 weeks later.
Now you have to deal with the store. 🤔 How did they notify you that they lost it? Anything in writing?
