I need your help for reaching an English-speaking assistant in Germany.
The hotline service 1212 with "Sagen English Operator" always leads to a German-speaking assistant, usually to a rude one. All I need is to speak to someone who can help me with some clarification regarding my bills and general contract matters because my bills have changed quite dramatically for reasons I do not know.
Addendum: help me terminate my contract with this horrendous company.
