Hello. I have started a two-year data contract with Vodafone and I want to cancel it after 1 month because I can't afford it. I contacted Vodafone and they said they would cancel it but they just stopped (canceled) the contract from renewal and they did not cancel it completely, which means I should pay for this contract for two years! Does anyone have any solutions?

You signed a two-year-contract so you have to pay for the complete contract period - simple as that.
There is no right to prematurely cancel a contract just because you cannot (or better you are not willing to) afford the contract.
If you are unable to pay for the contract, then you will have to start a so called "Verbraucherinsolvenz" - but keep in mind that this option has drastical consequences that are not limited to just Vodafone but any of your current contracts with any company. And you are not free to chose which contract to cancel...
