Hi, I'm trying to add my new mobile contract to my existing Vodafone account, but I'm being asked for a customer password that I can't find. That's why I can't add my new e-sim. Also, I wanted to know if there was an English-speaking phone number for customer service.

Hi, I also have the same issue. I don’t have the customer password and I cannot change or add a new one because I have yet to upload my contract to the my Vodafone platform. Any ideas on what I should do?
