Hello Vodafone Team,

 

I have signed up for a Mobilfunk contract by a phone call to the sales team a week ago, as a change from pre-paid to contract. The change happened the next day without signing any contract and the internet usage is already counted.

 

Yesterday, I have received the contract to sign it and send it back. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the minimum term for the contract is two years. After reading all the contract terms (with help from German speaking people), I do not wish to continue with the contract.

 

Is it possible to cancel the contract? If so, do I have to submit a termination form, send an E-mail, or call Vodafone? Calling customer service is always difficult for me because my German is somewhat poor.

P.S. Relevant information: My contract is GigaMobil Young M in Baden-Württemberg

Short update: I have found this website: vodafone.de/retoure and issued a revoke order using the Lieferscheinnummer. In the end, I have a QR code to return the contract.

 

If I send back the contract using the QR code unsigned, will my contract be revoked, or do I need to contact Vodafone and inform them first?
