Hi there,
As you guessed after seeing the subject, I don't speak German, and that makes it really hard to discuss my contract by calling Support.
I have a cable contract and a separate cellular one. I feel I'm paying too much for what I've got and I'll most likely cancel at least one of them soon. I'm hoping to be called by a team member that speaks English, to discuss the options. Could we schedule a call?

When I was with Unity media I had accounts that allowed unlimited access to hotspots downtown as part of my contract. Now I am being told I must pay extra, how does that happen with no notice? xxxxxxxxxxxx
