Our company has been paying monthly for nearly 50 lines without receiving any service for several months. Despite paying thousands of euros, we haven't been able to get support from Vodafone, not even a single person on the phone who can assist us. Our key account manager never responds to our emails or calls. Please contact us and establish a communication channel. We expect proper service now, given the significant payments made.
