Can't activate SIM instead eSIM

Hallo!

I've ordered some time ago eSim and it works fine.

Now I need a physical SIM, I've ordered it, put it into a new phone but it doesn't activate.

I've tried to Activate it via Vodafone Portal and via the MyVodafone App coupe times during the last 2 days.

I get a message that 'Sim will be activated' and similar messages then tried to restart the phone with a new SIM but unfortunately SIM still doesn't work.

Let me have a look at!

Please DM me including your mobile phone number + customer password (Kundenkennwort) and the new SIM-number.

And please give me a number so we can call you if it´s necessary.
