Please describe to me exactly what happens if you want to add your mobile phone contract. Does an error message appear? If so, what is it?

I have an existing Kabel Internet contract, I can login to my account in the web, I see my contract and all is fine. I am trying to add my another contract for mobile phone (different customer number) using Add contract/phone number. Select Mobile. I specify either Customer number or phone number on next screen. It asks me about Customer Password. I enter password used for my main login. Because in my mobile contract documents there is nothing about the password. Then comes an error stating that I am reputedly entered my account details incorrectly, and they are closing the service for 24 hours. TOBI bot help does not give anything, best it can do is ask me for phone number for a call back, but when they call, after long time of waiting and hearing all types of ads, they just hung up.

I tried using Whatsup -- but TOBi continues with irrelevant information and questions. I asked him specifically to forward chat to you... But robot is a robot... 😞
