Hello
I moved to a new place, and I received confirmation letter with a new customer number (kundenummer), with a request from Vodafone to register again since I should have a new contract and a new customer number.
I didn't receive the "contract/activation code" at my new address, so I tried to check it online.
I was asked to enter an activation code, but I don't have it yet on paper, so I asked the portal to send it to my email, but I keep getting a message that the customer number is not correct.
Any advice?

Due to your move you got a new customer number. For this new number I'll send you the activation code. You'll receive it via mail during the day.
