Cannot access my invoices

Hi there, 

 

iI could not access my invoice on myVodafone. A error message appears. Besides, I've changed my contract to Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable from August 18th, 2022. However, a fee of 69.96 euro is issued in my bank account instead of 34.99 euro. Since I could not access my invoice, I have no idea what went wrong. Could you please kindly help here?
