After I connect to my account at Vodafone I can't see any details about my Cable Internet contract, receipts, etc...

Hello goosfraba,
in which federal state do you live? Did you add another contract (for example mobile)? Can you see the details there? Have you tried different browsers and deleted both cookies and cache?

Thank you very much for your reply.
I believe the issue is that in fact (after checking) I have two accounts. An old one (XXX) and a new one (XXX).
Apparently I only have access to the old one (XXX) which strangely shows the new address instead of the old one.
Can you somehow help unblocking this?

Hello goosfraba,
did you cancel the old contract? Did you try and add the new one to your customer portal? You may also make a new account with the details from the new contract.
