transfer contract to a new person before the expiring date

Hi community, I am a little confused I hope someone can help.
I'm moving out of my apartment in Berlin on 30.09.2022 but my contract is supposed to end on 22.11.2022. The new tenant could take over my contract but I have some questions:
- is the takeover possible before 22.11.2022?
- if he takes over my contract, will the 24 month restart for him too?
- what if he wants to change the tariff?
- if he decides not to take over my contract and go for a new one (maybe with another company) will mine be closed as the new one starts or should I cancel it?

Have you already reported your move to us, or have you already submitted a notice? If the next tenant wants to take over your contract, that's no problem. He will take over your contract as it is. As soon as the contract is in his name, a change of tariff can be checked.

The takeover does not restart the term.

If he does not want to take over your contract, then we are at the first point and you must please report your move to us.

Yes the new tenant wants to take over the contract, I downloaded the 297 formular (this one https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/297.pdf ) and we both filled the data.
On the first page, the document says I can upload it online at vodafone.de/nachweis

It seems not to be possible for Berlin? The process drives me to TOBI (the bot) which seems to be useless...

I'll try to send it by post, I hope it is the right document tho, and no further documents are needed...

If anyone has any better suggestion how to manage the process I'm listening
