I wanted to change my cable internet tariff from 1000mbps to 100mbps.
my cable contract starts on 13th May, and i now im within the 6months window to switch to a lower contract.
unfortunately i dont find an option to switch the contract from the vodafone login,
can anyone support me here to downgrade my contract, as i dont speak German to get my support from customer care.
im from Bayern, 97616
