Hello, apologies for writing in English as my German is not fluent yet.

 

I am going to end my 6 months 1000Mbps trial later this month, and since I realised I don't need this speed, I want to enforce the clause of my contract that says I can revert back to the 100Mbps.

 

I have tried talking to TOBi, or the phone service, but I don't understand what I'm told and can't proceed.

 

Is there anyone here who could help me?

which tarif do u have right now?

red internet & phone 1000

or

giga-zu-hause 1000

or

cablemax 1000 / giga-zu-hause cablemax 1000 ?!?

 

it is not possible 2 downgrade from the cablemax tarifs....

Hello  @natas666 , I have the " GigaZuhause  1000 Kabel", and the contract explicitly says I can switch to another GigaZuhause tarif if I notify it before the 6 months mark.

that's right - from giga-zu-hause 1000 u should be able to 2 downgrade into the 500 or 250 or 100 giga-zu-hause

(NOT into the 50 mbits)

so try 2 contact the support by facebook if u need it in english

agents in the hotline maybe 10 % are able 2 communicate in english - sadly
