Vodafaone station with internet LED blinking red for 5 days

Hello, 

I am a new vodafone "Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable U" customer and I recieved the vodafone station router 5 days back. I followed all the instructions correctly for connecting the router to the cable but the Internet LED has been blinking red and there is no internet access. I have tried contacting the hotline, but since my German is not good, I could not explain my problem. I don't have access to internet for the past 5 days. Could you please help?

it seems like there is no physical connection to our infrastructure. Let us check this. Please send me your name, address, day of birth and customer number by PN. Please also let me know here if you have sent the message.
