Tariff change and cancellation of Sicherheitspaket

Hi,

I have been using 'Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable' plan for almost 3 years now. I see that we have better contracts now, for much cheaper price. I would like to change my contract. What is the procedure to do so?
My current plan also include Sicherheitspaket for €3,99 per month. I would like to cancel that as well.

Hi SriPen,

 

I have initiated the cancellation for the security package. You will soon receive written confirmation with the cancellation date.

 

You write in the PM that you have ordered a new contract. I can't find anything about this in the system and it doesn't work. Your existing contract is not automatically terminated when you order a new one.

 

You are welcome to change your current tariff. For example, to the Red Internet & Phone1000 Cable. This also costs 49.99 euros and the first 3 months only 39.99 euros. Would that be a tariff for you?

thanks for the help with Security Package.

Regarding upgrade of package, I'd like to go for the option shared by you. Please let me know the steps for this. 

 

Also, I have already applied for a new contract and now I am looking for an option to cancel it. At present it is pending for me to schedule an appointment with the technician.

I got to know that I cannot switch to a new contract as I already have an active Vodafone contract. Hence I am requesting to cancel this new contract.
